The latest update, with date and time
See how recent an update is. An OK describes a moment; it does not guarantee the person is still safe.
Personal and family safety
Send an SOS or All OK update to your trusted contacts, choose whether to share your location, and check the delivery outcome. No continuous tracking.
SOS · ALL OK
Two clear actions and a short countdown. Review recipients, location and message before sending.
Be ready ahead of time
Invite the people you trust and choose who to contact.
Location optional
Include your location in an SOS or All OK update only when you choose.

A clear send receipt
The receipt tracks each sending step and shows each person’s outcome. Notification sent means accepted by the notification service, not received or read.

Free to get started
Set up your circle once. When it matters, you already know what to do.
Your circle at a glance
The new Home puts your contacts first. Filter by OK, SOS or pending, then tap a contact to see their latest update.

See their latest update, message and location, if shared. With Premium, you can send that contact a “How are you?” request.
Below your circle, find All OK, Emergency, live location and shortcuts. Before sending All OK, see who you will notify and whether your location is included.
Four themes, the same signals: green for OK and red for SOS. Choose a theme in Settings → Preferences and check text and icons on your phone.
Choose who receives SOS, select who to notify with All OK, and save your most-used groups with Premium.

If the network is unstable, your update stays pending. The app retries when your device allows it.

Prepare SOS or All OK from your phone’s Home Screen. The widget opens a countdown in the app: send now or cancel.
Your location, for the time you choose.
A trip home, a walk, a meeting. Choose who can see your location and for how long, then start sharing.
Available from version 2.2. Check your app store for availability.
Free: up to 15 minutes every hour, with 60 minutes between starts. Premium: 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. All recipients must be approved contacts.
Stop updates with one tap. Sharing also ends when your chosen time expires.
Choose whether to allow your latest location data to be retained. You can withdraw consent under Consent and sharing.

Your location changes. You choose the recipients.
Network, permissions and battery can interrupt updates. The map does not guarantee help or emergency response.

Also on Apple Watch
Send an update to your trusted contacts from your Watch, even when your iPhone is not nearby. A cancelable countdown gives you time to stop an accidental tap.

PREMIUMA routine that cares
Choose the days, time, and response window. The reminder starts only after the invited person consents; then you receive an alert for I’m OK, a request for help, or no response.

FAQ
It is an app for alerting your trusted circle with SOS or All OK, asking “How are you?”, and checking the delivery outcome.
No. In immediate danger, contact emergency services. After an SOS, Call emergency services offers the local number and, where needed, a choice of service. Do not wait for notification results.
Search for them by nickname and send a request. The recipient installs the app, creates their account, accepts the request, and enables notifications. You can make the first step easier by sharing the app link together with your nickname.
Only approved contacts involved in the action. Before sending, choose recipients and whether to include a message and location. Before accepting a Reminder, you see who created it and which contacts will be notified. Removing a contact revokes online access, but does not delete copies or screenshots already saved.
No. A single location is optional in SOS, All OK and replies. Live sharing starts only after your confirmation, with chosen recipients and duration: Free up to 15 minutes every hour, with 60 minutes between starts; Premium also 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. Stop and expiry end updates without deleting retained data. Without retention consent, a session remains accessible for at most 7 days after it ends; with consent, latest data remains until consent withdrawal, contact removal or account deletion. Manage consent in Settings → Consents and sharing. Network, permissions, battery and the operating system can interrupt live sharing.
Both open a countdown: sending starts when it ends, or you can send now or cancel. SOS uses recipients saved in Settings, editable for that send; All OK lets you choose contacts or, with Premium, saved groups. Tapping recipients, message or location pauses the timer: you must then choose Send now. Leaving the app or locking the phone during the countdown cancels it. The receipt shows each recipient’s outcome: Notification sent means accepted by the notification service, not received or read.
With Premium, send a request to selected approved contacts and see who has replied or is still pending. The expiry is shown in the app. Replies are free: choose I’m OK or I need help, add a message and decide whether to share location. On iPhone and Apple Watch, you can also reply from the notification without a message or location; on Android, open the app. No reply does not prove an emergency: try contacting the person directly too.
After the countdown, SOS and All OK are saved on the device and the app tries to send them when connectivity returns. Background attempts depend on iOS or Android: avoid force-closing the app and reopen it to check the outcome. Without a confirmed outcome, do not assume recipients have been reached. Live sharing does not queue unsent locations, and Apple Watch needs connectivity to send. In immediate danger, contact emergency services.
They bring SOS and All OK to the phone’s Home Screen. Tapping them opens a 10-second countdown in the app: send now or cancel, otherwise sending starts automatically when it ends. Leaving the app or locking the phone during the countdown cancels sending. They use previously configured recipients, message and location; you cannot edit these from this countdown. Configure them in Settings → Quick widgets.
No. Free includes SOS and All OK, optional messages and single location, widgets and receipts, replies to How are you? and Reminders, and live sharing up to 15 minutes every hour (60 minutes between starts). The Free contact limit is shown in the app. Premium includes all of this plus up to 10 contacts, sending How are you? requests, creating and reactivating recurring Reminders, saved recipient groups, local Event History on the device, and live sharing also for 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. Prices, plans and any trial terms are in the app; manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it.
